The project for implementing customer care system at SSO was utilized in July 2016, mainly by Tamin Company and its contact center with No.1420 is answering the customers of the organization.
The partners of SSO (over half of the population as the receivers of services and all the sectors of nation as the addresses) contacted this center since then, to receive consultation or apply for some required services or began to enjoy services through other communication means like portals, messages, USSD and the like.
Later, developing this center in terms of procedure, tools and equipment and structure was taken into consideration through which, the organization and the company proceeded with improving rendering services and preparing facilities and better ways of rendering services, by analyzing the results of services and feedbacks of addresses.
