HIS system has been implemented hoping to pave the way to make health electronic files for patients, standardize and facilitate communications among internal sectors of a treatment center, integrate patients' files, control and verify and synchronize services rendered to patients, improve quality of rendering services to the insured in all treatment centers of the organization, staying in line with the plans and policies of government to health services to all the sectors of society, observe state health and treatment standards regarding medical tariffs and services related to patients. 
Ability to coding synchronization in hospitals, and treatment centers of SSO across the country, gathering information, synchronizing treatment procedures in hospital and treatment centers of SSO across the country, coordination and integrity in all units and system of hospital, improving management and decision-making level, etc. are among the capabilities of this system.
