To follow the legal duties of article 74 of the 6th development plan, and clause F, note 17 of the budget law for year 2020 as well as approval No.2, of 19th meeting of State IT Execution Council, SSO implemented the electronic prescription plan, as the most important and main project based on IT in treatment area, in life with some important goals like establishing health electronic file, improving efficiency, justice, quality and cost effectiveness in rendering services to the insured people of SSO and omitting treatment booklets in procedure of providing treatment services and Tamin Company, as the executive,  assisted SSO by establishing required mechanism such as software, hardware infrastructure, logistics procedure, responding, etc. 
In this plan, by using an online solution in the widest extent, services are rendered by those involved in treatment, like physicians, dentists, etc., and prescribing for the insure is done through electronic services and then patients may refer to pharmacies, laboratories or other para clinics to receive prescribed services online.
